Requirements for members are ,
Name & Contact information. i.e- e-mail address, ph.#, physical address, etc. Contact information must be verified before membership is effective. If you have a rating, established from another source - such as USCF, or a chess website, that information is appreciated, but not required.
contact information is not required of guests and anyone is welcome as a guest, although guests will not recieve information on upcoming events, or event changes. They also will not have a club rating. Here are some of the reasons to be a member.
Membership is free
Only members can participate in club ladder matches.
Only members can become player of the year.
Only members can recieve points in any club player of the year matches .
Only members can check out books, software, or other chess advancement devices from Our library
